PERSONAL TRAINER & WELLNESS COACH

Meryl-Lyn Joshy is a dedicated personal trainer and wellness coach passionate about helping women achieve their fitness and wellness goals and reach their full potential. With a strong athletic background – playing collegiate soccer and leading group fitness at Equinox, Rumble, and Lifetime to teaching at Barry’s Boot Camp while pregnant full-term in NYC–Meryl-Lyn has always pushed boundaries. 

Meryl-Lyn has developed a distinctive coaching style that adapts to each client’s unique needs. She specializes in coaching women across every chapter of life, offering a compassionate and empowering approach.

Meryl-Lyn's journey into fitness began in childhood, and her love for strength training grew during her time at Equinox. She excelled as a fitness instructor at Barry's Bootcamp, becoming the first pregnant instructor in NYC. During the pandemic, she transitioned to personalized coaching, driven by a desire to connect with clients beyond the gym.

I started teaching because of my passion to genuinely help others feel their best. It began with prenatal, using my own pregnancy as an example of how you CAN workout, be strong during and after your pregnancy and how it relates to motherhood/parenthood.
