Meryl-Lyn Joshy, a personal trainer and wellness coach, combines her athletic background and passion for strength training to help women achieve their fitness and wellness goals. From playing collegiate soccer to leading group fitness classes at Equinox, Rumble, and Lifetime to teaching at Barry’s Boot Camp while pregnant full-term in NYC–Meryl-Lyn has always pushed boundaries.
She developed a personalized coaching style that adapts to each client’s unique needs, specializing in prenatal, postpartum, and peri-menopausal fitness. Meryl-Lyn’s approach builds strong, supportive relationships and empowers women to thrive in every stage of life.
